Dr. Perry is originally from Arlington Heights, Illinois, a northwest suburb of Chicago. He attended St. Olaf College where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and Biology. Upon graduation, he returned to Chicago to attend the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry. Dr. Perry enjoys the artistic element of dentistry, creating smiles for patients that are beautiful and functional in a comfortable and relaxing environment.

After graduating from dental school, Dr. Perry practiced as an associate in Byron, Minnesota, a small community west of Rochester. He is delighted to have returned to Northfield and enjoys serving Northfield and the surrounding communities with their dental needs. In 1996, he opened his own practice in Northfield.

Dr. Perry is always taking more continuing education courses to stay up-to-date with the newest procedures in dentistry, particularly in implant dentistry, conscious sedation, and cosmetic dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Minnesota Dental Association, Southeastern Minnesota Dental Association, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, DOCS, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Minnesota Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Perry is one of the few dentists in the area to offer conscious sedation to patients.

Dr. Perry met his wife, Marie, while attending college. A native of Northfield, Marie authors and illustrates children's books. Together they have a son, Neil, and a daughter, Molly.

When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Perry enjoys spending time with his wife, participating in his kid's activities, swimming, theater, and listening to a wide range of music.
