Angel is the insurance coordinator. She processes all insurance-related transactions and assists with other bookkeeping tasks. Angel has an education in accounting and has 20 years experience. Angel is married with three children and enjoys being a part of Northfield's community and daily life.

Karen Olson

Treatment and new patient coordinator Karen Olson works with patients so that they understand their treatment and insurance coverage. She helps make financial arrangements and schedule appointments. Here since 2002, Karen enjoys working with patients, getting to know their families, and having the satisfaction of helping people feel better about their smile. Patients notice how helpful and kind she is. Karen is married, the mother of three, and lives in Northfield.

Ann Paoli

The office manager, Ann oversees all managerial duties that apply to a dental office. In the dental field for ten years, she has been at this practice since 2002. She attended Dakota County Technical College and has a registered dental assisting diploma. She enjoys helping make a difference in patients' lives. Married to Steven Paoli, Ann has three children, Allison, Marcus and Maggie Rose. They have lived in Northfield since 1999.
